Srinath Alamela, CEO
A technology visionary with absolute focus on creating customer success, Srinath serves as both chief executive officer and chief product architect for Triniti. A seasoned executive with proven business experience in global, large-scale ERP, MES and APS supply chain implementations, Srinath co-founded Triniti to deliver real-world technology solutions that empower world-class business processes. His development staff is responsible for creating products and solutions that have been deployed with companies such as Qualcomm CDMA, Silterra, Sony, and Peregrine Semiconductors.
Alamela has presented at numerous conferences and shows on enterprise software implementation, including SEMICON and the Oracle Annual User Group conference.
Prior to Triniti, Srinath successfully served at Oracle within the Services Division. Here he managed multiple ERP implementation projects for a wide variety of industries including semiconductor, aerospace, and consumer electronics. He also worked as a systems executive with VST Industries in Hyderabad, India.
Srinath holds an MBA from Osmania University.

Issa Elkhoury, COO
Working side by side with complex project teams, IT leaders, and contracted resources, Issa brings a wealth of operational and implementation knowledge to Triniti customers. As co-founder and COO, he ensures quality service delivery from the worldwide network of Triniti business and technology consultants specializing in large-scale ERP/APS/MES implementation and integration projects.
A veteran of Oracle, Delloite & Touche, and AJC International, Issa has excelled in a host of management capacities. As a practice manager for Oracle's Consulting Services Division (OCS), he drove many successful ERP implementation projects focused on high-tech industries including semiconductor and aerospace. At Delloite & Touche, he oversaw financial management systems integration projects in North America and Europe including projects in France, Spain, Germany and Mexico. His work focused on financial management system implementation and integration.
Elkhoury holds BS and MS degrees from Georgia Tech University (B.S.E.E - Electrical Engineering, M.S.I.E - Industrial Engineering) with specialties in relational databases and logistics.

Maurice A. Rosano, Director, Human Resources, USA
Human Resources and Labor Relations professional with more than twenty five years of achievement in the negotiating labor agreements, presenting cases in arbitration, grievance resolution, organization development, and Human Resources strategic planning in support of the Global Business Plan. Strengths include Labor Agreement negotiation, arbitration of disputes arising out the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, and providing traditional Human Resource support of the corporate business strategy in a manufacturing, aerospace, financial services and start up software development environment.
Prior to Triniti, Rosano worked in Pilkington Aerospace as Human Resources Manager, Graphic Communications Union as special representative, Rosano Enterprises as Consultant, Financial Corporation of America, The Crocker National Bank, International Harvester.
Rosano holds Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University College of Law, San Diego, CA and received American Jurisprudence Award in Labor Law, Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA and received President's Award for Academic Excellence (4.0 GPA), Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Oregon, Eugene, OR.

Ganesh Kumar, Vice President, Business Development
Ganesh Kumar brings his vision and leadership to the role of business development at Triniti. His responsibilities include Sales and Marketing Strategy levaraging Triniti's vision of transforming the way IT can support business using Timely, Reliable, Accurate and Complete information and his past experience in building business from ground up.
Ganesh holds a BS in Computer Science, and most recently served as CEO of Incore. Prior to that he helped start Sabare in US and was Executive Vice President heading the North American division.
His leadership and management experience spans multiple continents, including starting a subsidiary company in US and leading it to excess of 100 million US dollars in global revenues within 8 years.

Gaurav Jain, Director Consulting, USA
An avid problem solver and a strong advocate of keeping things simple, Gaurav has a strong foundation in designing enterprise-wide solutions for High Tech companies in Europe, Asia and North America including Sony Semiconductors, Qualcomm, International Rectifier and Sun Power.
His areas of expertise are Solution design and delivery, Program and Project Management, Client Engagement, Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management. He is a firm believer in the holistic view of solutions encompassing People, Process and Technology.
He holds a management degree in Supply Chain and IT Systems from NITIE, India and an Electrical Engineering degree from AMU, India. He is also a certified PMP and CPIM professional.
Since joining Triniti in 2002, Gaurav continues to play crucial roles in organization building within Triniti and delivering significant value to its customers.

Rajat Baronia, Director, Consulting, India
In his role as Director of Support and Consulting, Rajat Baronia is responsible for off-shore support services and delivery from Trinti’s India office. He also supports internal products’ design & development and manages pre-sales. Rajat has more than 14+ years of industry experience with 11+ years of experience in Oracle EBusiness suite primarily targeted on APS suite (ASCP, Oracle Demand Planning, Global Order Promising, ATP) implementations. He has proven ability in successful planning solution implementations for global clients. He is also knowledgeable in other EBusiness suite modules. Rajat has extensive Oracle implementation experience in different geographies like Europe, Japan and the USA.
Rajat was previously with Tata Electric Company, India as Project Engineer where he was involved in Project Financing Planning, Controlling, Monitoring and Execution of Electrical related project activities.
Rajat has a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and an MBA in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India.

Ananth Padmanabhan, Director Administrative Operations, India
Operations Professional with 30 years experience in the Banking and IT Industry. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the India Office.
Prior to joining Triniti, he was employed in the Indian Overseas Bank and has served in different places in India in the General Banking and the Information Technology Department.
Ananth is a graduate in Commerce and an MBA.
Ananth is deeply interested in social issues and is an active volunteer for the Art of Living, an NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) engaged in stress-management and service initiatives.

Lavanya Kumar Chinta, Director, Product Development, India
In his role as Director of Product Development, Lavanya Kumar Chinta is responsible for on-site and off-shore support services and delivery from Triniti India office, he also supports internal products' design and development and manages pre-sales. Lavanya Kumar has more than 12+ years of industry experience in Triniti Products for Semi conductor industry.
His development team is responsible for developing products and implementing them with companies such as Silterra, Sony, DSPG, Power Integration, Cavium, Rodale, Pixelworks, Peregrine Semiconductors, SunPower, Qualcomm and others. He also worked as business consultant to Sony in Japan and Rodale, Sprint/Nextel and Washington Post in US. His work focused on integration of business systems and process implementations.
Prior to Triniti, Lavanya Kumar got trained in IBM School, IIIT, Hyderabad.
Lavanya Kumar holds Masters Degree in Mathematics from Nagarjuna University, completed Developer course from IBM Authorized Center for Education and is a Sun Micro systems certified Java Programmer.
