Srinath Alamela

CEO

A technology visionary with absolute focus on creating customer success, Srinath serves as both chief executive officer and chief product architect for Triniti. A seasoned executive with proven business experience in global, large-scale ERP, MES and APS supply chain implementations, Srinath co-founded Triniti to deliver real-world technology solutions that empower world-class business processes. His development staff is responsible for creating products and solutions that have been deployed with companies such as Qualcomm CDMA, Silterra, Sony, and Peregrine Semiconductors.

Alamela has presented at numerous conferences and shows on enterprise software implementation, including SEMICON and the Oracle Annual User Group conference.

Prior to Triniti, Srinath successfully served at Oracle within the Services Division. Here he managed multiple ERP implementation projects for a wide variety of industries including semiconductor, aerospace, and consumer electronics. He also worked as a systems executive with VST Industries in Hyderabad, India.

Srinath holds an MBA from Osmania University.
Issa Elkhoury

COO

Working side by side with complex project teams, IT leaders, and contracted resources, Issa brings a wealth of operational and implementation knowledge to Triniti customers. As co-founder and COO, he ensures quality service delivery from the worldwide network of Triniti business and technology consultants specializing in large-scale ERP/APS/MES implementation and integration projects.

A veteran of Oracle and Deloitte & Touche, Issa has excelled in a host of management capacities. As a practice manager for Oracle's Consulting Services Division (OCS), he drove many successful ERP implementation projects focused on high-tech industries including semiconductor and aerospace. At Triniti, he has overseen financial management systems integration projects in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. His work focused on financial management system implementation and integration.

Elkhoury holds BS and MS degrees from Georgia Tech University (B.S.E.E - Electrical Engineering, M.S.I.E - Industrial Engineering) with specialties in relational databases and logistics.
Gaurav Jain

Vice President - Global Consulting and New Initiatives

An avid problem solver and a strong advocate of keeping things simple, Gaurav has a strong foundation in designing enterprise-wide solutions for companies in Europe, Asia and North America including Sony Semiconductors, Qualcomm, International Rectifier and Sun Power.

His areas of expertise are Solution design, Development, and delivery. He is a firm believer in the holistic view of solutions encompassing People, Process, and Technology.

He holds a management degree in Supply Chain and IT Systems from NITIE, India and an Engineering degree from AMU, India. He is also a certified Oracle, PMP, and CPIM professional.

Since joining Triniti in 2002, Gaurav continues to play crucial roles in organization building within Triniti and delivering significant value to its customers.
Rajat Baronia

Vice President - Global Solution Delivery and Support, India

In his role as Vice President of Global Solution Delivery and Support, Rajat Baronia is responsible for off-shore support services and delivery from Trinti’s India office. He also supports internal products’ design & development and manages pre-sales. Rajat has more than 14+ years of industry experience with 11+ years of experience in Oracle EBusiness suite primarily targeted on APS suite (ASCP, Oracle Demand Planning, Global Order Promising, ATP) implementations. He has proven ability in successful planning solution implementations for global clients. He is also knowledgeable in other EBusiness suite modules. Rajat has extensive Oracle implementation experience in different geographies like Europe, Japan and the USA.

Rajat was previously with Tata Electric Company, India as Project Engineer where he was involved in Project Financing Planning, Controlling, Monitoring and Execution of Electrical related project activities.

Rajat has a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and an MBA in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India.
Sanjay Bhatnagar

Senior Director - Consulting, USA

A seasoned professional, Chartered Accountant and certified PMP, Sanjay brings with him years of experience and understanding of Business Processes in multiple Industries e.g. CDN, Telecom, Semiconductor, Solar Panel Manufacturing, Construction, Investment & Leasing, Transportation, Forex Trade and TRS. This has enabled him to Architect and implement Oracle ERP based solutions, transforming business, thereby enabling the clients to deliver on measurable business goals.

He is an expert in Oracle Financials, Costing, Manufacturing, Supply chain and Treasury, and has worked with small, medium and large companies, spread across the globe including EMEA, APAC and North America.

Prior to joining Triniti, Sanjay was working with Transport Corporation of India and its group companies in various roles, followed by COA at GCC. Joining Triniti in 2005, a keen problem solver and a meticulous planner, he continues to engage, inform, delight and impact clients with his high energy leadership and execution.
Vamsi Krishna Vella

Senior Director - Consulting, USA

A seasoned Oracle ERP and Systems Integration professional, Vamsi has over 15 years of global experience in executing large projects involving complex IT solutions and transformations. He has successfully driven multiple ERP and B2B projects and solutions in Hi-Tech, Solar Industry that involves Implementations, Upgrades & Systems Integration, Merger & Acquisitions. Vamsi has vast experience in Product Development, Client Engagements and enabling partnership with other leading software technologies in building complex end-to-end solutions with prime focus on delivering value to customers. His other skills include Project management, collaboration, Business Process Re-engineering and improvements. He is driven by innovation and excellence.

Vamsi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SK University, India.
Ramesh Lallaboyina

Senior Director - Consulting, India

Ramesh is a highly skilled Oracle ERP professional and a diverse leader with over 15 years of experience in professional consulting and management. He is an accomplished leader in systems design, architecture and global system deployments. He has successfully driven multiple projects and solutions in Hi-Tech, Pharma, Ceramic and Solar Industry that involves Implementations, Upgrades & Systems Integration, Merger & Acquisitions.

He also manages internal consulting solutions’ design, development and support with main focus on collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients, and deploying technology to build successful solutions for clients.

His experience prior to joining Triniti includes professional management consulting at TCS and Pentasoft.

Ramesh holds a Master’s Degree in Computer applications from S.V University. He is also an Oracle Certified Professional.
Anand Aluru

Director - Consulting, India

A postgraduate in Industrial Engineering & Management from JNTU, Hyderabad, Anand has around 29 years of experience that consists of 10 years in core manufacturing industry followed by ERP Consulting in Supply chain management systems.

Anand brings the vast experience in ERP space covering Delivery, Service Line Management and Competency building. He successfully delivered services for clients across geos in a global delivery model. Anand has experience of executing different projects such as Implementation, Upgrades, Support & Maintenance, etc. Anand has been successful in providing effective ERP solutions to clients for increasing the capabilities, maximizing efficiencies and reducing costs by leveraging rich project management, functional and application skills.

Prior to joining Triniti, Anand worked with Birlasoft, TechMahindra (erstwhile Satyam Computers) and Godrej Infotech in various roles of ERP consulting. He worked for IDL Industries, Kirloskar Group of company and Ashok Leyland in various functions of the Manufacturing.
Sreejit Shankar

Director - Customer Success & Business Development

Sreejit has over 14 years of experience in architecting, implementing and managing enterprise-wide solutions across multiple clients in industries like - Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Solar, Med Devices & QSR across North America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Sreejit specializes in Manufacturing, Planning and Supply Chain Management. His expertise includes Project Management,Solution design, End-to-End implementation, Upgrade and Delivery. He has worked in conjunction with Business and IT in driving Industry Best Practices, Change Management Initiatives, and Business Process Re-engineering exercises.

Sreejit's mantra is centered on delivering 'Customer Delight' and in his role, he continues to work on delivering the best value to Triniti's Customers.

Sreejit holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from SCMHRD, Pune and B-Tech (Mechanical) from Calicut University, Kerala.
Ananth Padmanabhan

Director - Administrative Operations, India

Operations Professional with 30 years experience in the Banking and IT Industry. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the India Office.

Prior to joining Triniti, he was employed in the Indian Overseas Bank and has served in different places in India in the General Banking and the Information Technology Department.

Ananth is a graduate in Commerce and an MBA.

Ananth is deeply interested in social issues and is an active volunteer for the Art of Living, an NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) engaged in stress-management and service initiatives.
Lavanya Kumar Chinta

Director - Product Development, India

In his role as Director of Product Development, Lavanya Kumar Chinta is responsible for on-site and off-shore support services and delivery from Triniti India office, he also supports internal products design and development and manages pre-sales. Lavanya Kumar has more than 19+ years of industry experience in Triniti Products for Semi conductor industry.

His development team is responsible for developing products and implementing them with companies such as Silterra, Sony, DSPG, Power Integration, Cavium, Rodale, Pixelworks, Peregrine Semiconductors, SunPower, Qualcomm and others. He also worked as business consultant to Sony in Japan and Rodale, Sprint/Nextel and Washington Post in US. His work focused on integration of business systems and process implementations.

Prior to Triniti, Lavanya Kumar got trained in IBM School, IIIT, Hyderabad.

Lavanya Kumar holds Masters Degree in Mathematics from Nagarjuna University, completed Developer course from IBM Authorized Center for Education and is a Sun Micro systems certified Java Programmer.
